SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free in Australia for orders over $69.

Please allow up to 10 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping notification for your tracking details to become active with the courier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Drink Up Buttercup is not responsible for any additional fees charged from International Customs or Post Office Bills.
